Fees & Rewards

When liquidity providers deposit on Solidex, they earn a bigger share of boosted SOLID emissions. Those who have locked SOLID on Solidex earn in return a share of those rewards which they helped boost. This 15% fee is shared amongst two groups: Those who have converted SOLID into SOLIDsex and staked this in the protocol receive 10% of SOLID earned by the protocol, as vanilla SOLID tokens. Those who have locked SEX who receive the other 5%, as SOLIDsex. This allows a good equilibrium between Solidly liquidity providers and SOLID lockers.

There are no deposit or withdrawal fees for anyone on Solidex.

By group​

Liquidity providers​

  • Earn SOLID: Boosted Solidly emissions from the protocol's veSOLID (earned as vanilla SOLID)
  • Earn SEX: 1 SEX for every 4.2069 SOLID earned (as vanilla SEX)
  • Pay fees: 15% performance fee on SOLID earned

SOLID lockers (SOLIDsex)​

  • Earn Liquidity Provider fees: 10% of all SOLID farmed by the protocol (as vanilla SOLID)
  • Earn SEX: 3.5% of the SEX that gets minted (as vanilla SEX)
  • Earn down-vote protection fees: Price determined by SEX auction (as vanilla SEX)

SEX lockers​

  • Vote on gauges: Decide which gauges to earn future SOLID emissions using the protocol's veSOLID
  • Earn trading fees & bribes: Earn a share of the total trading fees and bribes earned by Solidex (as a mix of tokens)
  • Earn veSOLID expansions: Earn a share of the total veSOLID earned by Solidly expansions (as SOLIDsex)
  • Earn Liquidity Provider fees: 5% of all SOLID farmed by the protocol (as SOLIDsex)
  • Earn token whitelisting fees: Price determined by SOLID auction (as SOLIDsex)

Early NFT depositors​

  • Receive SOLIDsex: 1:1 of the amount of veSOLID in the NFT (as SOLIDsex)
  • Earn SEX in perpetuity: 10%-15% of the SEX that gets minted (as vanilla SEX)
  • Receive SEX advance: An advance of SEX equal to 10% of the veSOLID in their NFT (as SEX)
  • Receive free down-vote protection: Two gauges of their choosing cannot be down-voted by other Solidex users. Can be rented out.
  • Receive free perpetual whitelisting: One free token whitelisting per month. Tokenized and can be sold.

Final NFT depositors​

  • Receive SOLIDsex: 1:1 of the amount of veSOLID in the NFT (as SOLIDsex)
  • Earn reduced SEX in perpetuity: A share of SEX that gets minted. 50% reduction from early SEX partners, and linear decay over 2 weeks. (as vanilla SEX)
  • Receive SEX advance: An advance of SEX equal to 10% of the veSOLID in the NFT (as SEX)
